Welcome to the WASA NET, the Worked All States & Awards net. My name is ( ). and my call sign ( ).
I am located in the state (or province) of ( ).
I will be your net control for this evening.
The WASA NET is a welcoming environment for amateur radio operators (new and experienced) to connect, share experiences, test equipment and build lasting friendships through regular on-air gatherings”. During this net we will work to make contacts to earn awards including those which can be found on our website at WASANET.ORG We do use a program called netlogger. It is a free download at netlogger.org.
Please remember to upload your logs to QRZ, eQSL, LOTW, directly after the net in order to help those who are working for awards.
We pass signal reports the min being a 21 (I can hardly hear you) to the max of a 59 (how do you want your coffee).
Please refrain from relaying on the air if you hear something net control does not post it in the aim window.
Is there any emergency priority or time sensitive traffic or announcements please call now
